KHOOR engineering company (KECO) was established in 1984 and started its activities in the field of die manufacturing.

KECO works with almost 300 experienced staff in the factory located at SEPEHR INDUSTRIAL CITY (at a distance of 90 km from Tehran).

The highlights of KECO’s activities through these years:

1984: established and began its activities in the field of die manufacturing.

1993: began to produce automotive parts; components & assemblies.

2006: ISO TS certification was given to KECO by IMQ.

2006: began to produce furniture parts & assemblies.

2010: KECO started exporting to Europe by designing and manufacturing stamping dies for RENAULT through COSKUNOZ (the biggest industrial dies manufacturer in turkey).

2013: SAPCO (Iran’s largest automotive parts procurement company belonging to IRANKHODRO; the biggest automotive company in Middle East) gave the A grade certification of its suppliers to KECO.

Introduction & Abilities

KECO with almost 300 employees including many highly qualified engineers & technicians by using updated tools such as engineering & designing soft wares; modern machines & methodologies is capable to do the following:

– designing metal parts; components & assemblies.

– revers engineering metal parts; components & assemblies.

– designing efficient production procedures.

– designing & manufacturing stamping dies in dimensions from G5 to G2 & also assembly fixtures & control tools.

– decoiling and cutting sheet metals automatically

– stamping parts in dimensions from G5 to G2

– assembling parts and components by various welding & mechanical procedures.

– forming & bending pips & profiles by using CNC machines.

– plating metal components by galvanization & also chrome plating processes with an ability to control the coating thickness by salt spray test machines.

– using multiple qualified suppliers in all related processes to manufacturing.
